  1. Where will the networking take place?

The networking will be on the East Plaza of AmericanAirlines Arena, located just inside Gate 5.

 

  1. Where will my table be located?

Exhibitor Tables will be on the East Plaza of AmericanAirlines Arena, located just inside Gate 5. Networking will last until tip-off at 7:30pm. Exhibitor tables have the option of staying set up until the end of halftime, approximately 9pm; however, the majority of traffic will take place during the pre-game time.

  1. Will my table have to be approved by the Miami HEAT and AmericanAirlines Arena?

Yes, all vendors and promotional items will have to be approved by both the Miami HEAT and AmericanAirlines Arena prior to October __.  Each exhibitor will have a 8ft table with covering and two chairs.

 

  1. Is the event inside or outside?

The Business Expo and networking event is outside on the East Plaza.

 

  1. Where will my tickets be located?

There are three different options, with three different price ranges. Tickets in the 400 Level will cost $00; tickets in the 300 Level will cost $00; and tickets in the 100 Level will cost $05. For a seating chart of the Arena, please visit HEAT.com.

 

  1. How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be available at the Group Sales Will Call table located just outside of Gate 5.

 

  1. How do I sit with my friends?

If you and your friends order tickets separately but want to sit together, make sure to email info@biztobiznetworking.com and explain the situation. Friends must purchase tickets in the same level to sit together. We can not guarantee that tickets purchased separately will be placed together, but we will make every effort to ensure that they are.

 

  1. Will there be food and/or drinks?

There will not be food or drinks at the networking event, but AmericanAirlines Arena is host to a wide variety of snacks and beverages at our various concessions stands throughout the arena. Feel free to sample them all!

 

  1. Do I really get to shoot a free throw in the game?

Not quite. After the game is over, you will have a special pass to come onto the court and shoot a free throw, just like the pros did during the game you watched.

 

  1. Do I get into this event free with a Biz to Biz VIP membership?

This is considered a special event which is not free for Biz to Biz members.
